When we spoke to BoBW website users and the target audience, time and again we were told that good case studies were very important. So, we have assembled a collection of case studies which present compelling evidence of the successes that can be achieved using BoBW principles.
The case studies are contained as a set of pdf files which can easily be printed off. Most of them follow a standard format which corresponds to the recommended seven steps to resolve conflict and build consensus.
If you want to use the case studies as an educational resource, we have produced some Notes for Lecturers to accompany most of the case studies. These give a short summary of the example and list a few questions that might be posed to students.
