Dozens of organisations have produced codes of good behaviour. It is valuable, when negotiating access to a site, to be able to refer to a Code of Good Practice that participants and members will follow. Sometimes the responsible behaviour is expressed generically, as an environmental policy or in relation to a specific practice.
